United Way Campaign

How can you change the world?

It’s a tall order for any one of us alone. But when we join with others who share our vision, we can create real, lasting change in the towns where we live and work. That’s what the United Way Community Campaign is all about. We all win when children are successful, families are financially stable and a safety net of health and human services is there for all of us.

Please choose to LIVE UNITED and be a part of the change.

You can direct where your contribution goes through one of the following:

Community Investment – helps to provide opportunities for a better life for everyone in our region: a quality education that leads to a stable job, income that can support a family and good health.

Interest Area – directs your gift to a particular area you wish to support. The areas are: Education, Income, Safety Net, Health.

Other* – designated by the donor, it helps one or more qualified non-profit agencies recognized as a 501(C)(3) by the IRS.

*KIDSAFE CT is eligible to receive designated funds by writing in our name, KIDSAFE CT and address, 19 Elm Street, Rockville, CT 06066 and phone number 860-872-1918 in the OTHER section of Part 2 of the attached form or you can use our agency code 5315. To continue our relationship with United Way, we are required to participate in the campaign. Donations can be of any denomination.

If you are given this opportunity at your place of employment, please encourage your fellow employees to consider designating their contribution to KIDSAFE CT. If your employer does not participate and you wish to help support the agency through a United Way Campaign contribution, please return your gift and the white and yellow copies of the pledge form to me before Tuesday, November 1st (payroll deduction is not available at KIDSAFE at this time).
