Judith E. Clarke, MSW

Judy has a BS from St. Joseph College and earned her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Springfield College.

She is involved in several Programs at KIDSAFE CT: Judy manages the Supervised Visitation Program, Facilitates Parent Education workshops, offers individual Parenting Education and Anger Management training and is involved with the Youth Programs offering Teen Dating Violence seminars and counseling to youth. Judy is the Case Manager for the Vernon Juvenile Review Board for the Town of Vernon, maintains a private Counseling Practice through KIDSAFE CT and offers counseling and therapy for families, youth and individuals.

Judy collaborates on a daily basis with our clients and the community families we serve, DCF families who have children in foster care, foster care families, Rockville and other Family Relations Courts in CT, Attorneys and Vernon/State community resources.

Prior to working at KIDSAFE CT Judy was President of the Board of Directors for KIDSAFE CT for nine years.

KIDSAFE CT Supervised Visitation Staff:

Diana Bonacci, LCSW

Diana earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Casework and Women and Children in Families. She holds her Connecticut License in Social Work, as well as Certification in School Social Work. Diana specializes in children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, bereavement and trauma related issues. Diana also has experience working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with depression, ADHD/ADD, family conflict and those who are home-bound due to injury or illness.

Diana previously worked for an outpatient therapy clinic before transitioning to the Vernon Public Schools. She has worked with KIDSAFE CT for the last three years in the Supervised Visitation.

KIDSAFE CT Mediator:

Susan Lee Heintz, JD, CWLS

Susan obtained a BA from American University in Washington, D.C. She earned her juris doctor (law degree)
from the University of Maryland Law School. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Connecticut, Maryland, and in Washington, D.C. She is certified as a child welfare law specialist in the State of Connecticut and has been trained as a guardian ad litem. She has extensive experience regarding conflict resolution for families including work with children, adolescents and adults in crisis. She also has expertise assisting persons with disabilities and persons struggling with addictions.

Susan has over 30 years experience working with families and the community which serves them including work with Superior Court, Probate Court, Housing Court, the Department of Children & Families, Foster Care services, and Statewide Community Resources. She has collaborated for many years with Kidsafe CT on behalf of parents and children. She is pleased to work with Kidsafe CT in a mediation program.
